For special events (e.g. Fellows Dinner, opening reception, poster sessions, closing banquet, etc) throughout the meeting where food is provided, please note: vegetarian, and gluten free options will be provided and labeled as such.
If you have any other specific dietary needs, please email Katie Kulp (katie@nationalconference.com) with subject line “Dietary Need – (special event name)” so other arrangements can be made.

The hotel will have some specials for dinner throughout the week– such as a prime rib dinner in Epazote and a Biergarten by the pool. The hotel is doing special menu/price points for AOS on those specials, and they will be ‘pre-selling’ wristband tickets for these at their various onsite outlets. So for example, if an attendee buys a grab-and-go box at lunch, the attendee can also purchase a dinner special at the same time. The attendee will get a wristband that they will wear to that designated dinner location. Folks can still attend and get these specials at dinner time without a wristband. The ‘pre-selling’ of wristbands is meant to provide faster service so access to the area is easier and food/beverages are accessed faster. Printed out information and menus about these specials will be available for viewing at the registration table.
